More Than Just Training

This course is designed to help you deepen your understanding of Ashtanga Yoga. Learn through daily practice, guided theory, and mindful teaching methods.

What You'll Learn

How your day looks like

The Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, known as Yoga Chikitsa or yoga therapy, is a traditional sequence that purifies, strengthens, and heals the body through synchronized breath and movement. It builds internal heat, improves flexibility, and enhances focus, forming the foundation for a balanced and disciplined yoga practice.

Monday - Friday

Each day begins with Asana practice, followed by Pranayama and meditation, and supported by the restorative insights of Yoga Therapy. Afternoons focus on Anatomy and Philosophy, concluding with hands-on teaching practice and academic study.

Saturday

Deepen your practice through the traditional Mysore-style method, supported by teaching methodology and functional anatomy. Sessions on Ayurveda and dietary consultation help align your lifestyle with your practice.

Sunday

Our program extends beyond the mat to offer cultural and spiritual immersion in the sacred landscape of Mysore. Students participate in guided visits to historic temples, ashrams, and serene natural sites, creating space for rest, reflection, and living traditions.

Graduation & Certification

On the final day, the program concludes with a sacred Puja honoring the lineage and shared knowledge, followed by the formal presentation of certificates by the faculty. The ceremony closes with a group photograph of graduates and mentors.
